2 glavici rdečega radiča
15 dag suhega fižola
2 stroka česna
1,5dl kisle smetane
kis
olivno ali bučno olje
sol, poper
Fižol namočimo čez noč in naslednji dan skuhamo. Radič očistimo, operemo in narežemo na rezance.
Zmešamo ga s še toplim fižolom. Kislo smetano solimo, po okusu ji dodamo malo kisa in olja ter prelijemo solato. Dobro zmešamo in potresemo s sveže mletim poprom.
