• Wash and soak rice for four hours.
• Blanch almonds and remove the skin.
• Dissolve saffron in milk boil milk in a handy.
• Heat fat and fry the rice.
• Add milk and stir continuously.
• Reduce heat and slimmer on slow fire till the rice is looked.
• Add sugar and cook till fairly thick.
• Add remaining ingredients and serve hot.
