I woke up in bed startled as I sat up with sweat pearls on my brow and feeling panicked. I took a few deep breaths to calm myself down. The scary feeling of losing him was making my chest feel tight. I had to get up to shake the feeling so I walked to the kitchen and drank some water, opening the window to get some fresh air.
Once I had calmed down I went back to bed and fell back asleep, but with a saddened heart.
