Under Islam, the line that separates those deemed to be devout and those deemed to suffer by way of collateral damage or die directly can be razor thin. Islamic leaders with any authority--from village Imam to the custodians of Islam's holy of holies--strive to hold fast to their global agenda of ultimate religious supremacy. So many believers are spurred to spread fanciful propaganda while pointing fingers at external non-believing scapegoats.
