Rukolo očistimo, operemo in osušimo. Koromaču izrežemo kocen in ga narežemo na tanke rezine. Avokada razpolovimo, koščici odstranimo, meso z žlico ločimo od lupine in ga narežemo.
Limono ožamemo in s sokom pokapamo narezan avokado. Drobnjak nasekljamo in zmešamo z dvema žlicama kisa, s 5 žlicami olja, gorčico, soljo in poprom. Prelijemo rukolo, koromač in avokado ter zmešamo.
