4 oz Butter
2 oz Ghee butter (melted)
2 oz Heavy cream
1 tbsp Milk to your taste
Double espresso
2 oz Keto-friendly sweetener of your choice
1 tsp Vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Directions
Add all ingredients to a small food processor and whip at high speed until airy. Add sweetener to taste. Pour into molds and refrigerate for 30 minutes (or more if you wish).
