We all know AT&T it provides us with telecommunication, media, and technology services worldwide. They operate through communications, Warner–Media, and Latin Americas segments.

Offering wireless voice and data communication services; video and targeted advertising services; broadband; including fiber, and wireline telecom services.

With a deal to merge Warner–Media with Discovery, AT&T has completed a costly round trip into and out if the media business.

We'll be keeping a close eye on AT&T when the time comes for us to rebalance the portfolio. The Warner– Media deal will allow AT&T to reduce its debt, but the company is going a step further to make the dividend more sustainable.

The company is targeting a dividend payout ratio of 40% to 43%, so as much as $8.6 Billion will go toward paying dividends.
