SUPERDAGI NAMA

1. I Mr.Nnn, aged … yrs, son of late Sh. Ppp, resident of …..; father of Kumari Qqq, date of birth: ……, do hereby execute this Superdagi Naama for a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousands only) as directed by this Hon’ble Court, for release of Prosecutrix/ my minor daughter Kumari Qqq, to me; on SUPERDARI, vide order dated 13-2-2003.

2. I do hereby bind myself to produce the Prosecutrix before this Hon’ble Court or the Investigating Officer/ Police concerned, during Investigation and Pendency of the case, as and when so directed by the Hon’ble Court, in default, I undertake to forfeit a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousands only) to the State/ Court, in addition to the Criminal Liabilities which should be answered by me.
